CHERUB'S STORY



Recently, we received the following email from Pampered Parrots Rescue in Arkansas, about a Goffins Cockatoo named Cherub. "We have recently rescued a Goffin Cockatoo that is a mutilator. She has spent the last 10 years of her life wearing a collar. My heart goes out to this precious little bird. She is 20 years old, and has been restricted from playing with toys and climbing the way other birds enjoy. I would love to try one of the ParrotWrapz to see if we can give her back some of her freedom that she has lost for so many years. Her collar has actually worn the feathers off of her wings."

This little birds story so touched our hearts that we donated a Pink Camouflage Wrapz for Cherub in hopes of giving her back some of her freedom to eat, drink, climb, fly and play with toys. Cherub is pictured here modeling her new Wrapz, and we received the following email from Pampered Parrots Rescue;

"Received your package yesterday, again I want to tell you how grateful we are for the donation. O' and before I forget...thanks so much for the extra toy. I 'm enclosing a couple of pics of Cherub modeling her new outfit. The Wrapz is fantastic, no threads and Cherub seems comfortable in it. We woke up yesterday morning to blood all over, under her wing and the Wrapz really protects under her wing."
